A white (weiss) beer made by adding wheat to the main ingredients of beer, barley and hops. The secondary ingredients are Yamagata Prefecture-grown soybeans and naturally brewed "Super Special 22% Koji Miso" from Yamagata City's Yamaji Soy Sauce Brewery Co., Ltd., a luxurious miso with a strong sweetness. In addition, the wrapper of 100% glutinous rice mochi from Yamagata City's Japanese confectionery shop, Akanka, is also used. The initial saltiness brings out the sweetness from the malt and rice koji. The rich finish has a miso flavor.
